2. Amazon, Gaining Recognition In 2005 Amazon launched Amazon Prime, offering an "unlimited two-day delivery subscription" (Hopkins, 2023).

4. How did Amazon start? The first book sold on Amazon, "Fluid Concepts and Creative Analogies" By: Douglas Hofstadter

5. What products/services put Amazon in the top 500? Jeff Bezos always believed that "if we focus on the customer, the money will follow" ( OnePatch , 2024).

6. Who is credited for Amazons success? Jeff Bezos is often credited with Amazons success. His vision for his company is "to be Earth's most customer-centric company" ( Flammand , Wisher, & Riley, 2020).

7. What is their contribution to the Tech world? Amazon has contributed a multitude of gadgets and tools such as the Amazon Alexa, AWS, and the Amazon Kindle.

11. Describe Amazons strategic plan Amazon uses a type 1 strategy, a low-cost strategy that offers products and services to a wide range of customers at the lowest possible price on the market (Islami & Mustafa, 2020).
