SUMMARY
Staff report on the on the new Solid Waste bin public awareness campaign and transition developed
in partnership with CE Group.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The FY 2025-26 Budget includes funding to purchase new Solid Waste garbage bins for all
residential, multifamily and commercial customers. The staff report will include updates on the
planned deployment of these garbage bins to each customer and offer details on the public
awareness campaign to ensure account holders are properly informed of this change.
