JIVDAYA CHARITABLE TRUST
Presents

The Lives of Our
Speechless
Four-legged &
Feathered
Companions.

What do you suppose this
is ?

Try your wildest guess…

This… is a 2-inchlong
NUT-BOLTembedded
near the eye of a dog !

Please
stop this
CRUELTY

Sometimes YOU
forget
HUMANITY…
We Don’t !

A pup with a deep gash on its flank, thanks to some
cruel person who decided to slash him with a sharp
weapon just for fun.

Our JCT Team at WORK

Doctors stitching up the wound. The poor little thing.

A few days after the operation, a beautiful
recovery, the pup now has a better life to look
forward to.

We don’t say much
but
our work speaks
volumes…

From what he was to what he
became…

A DOG WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH HER
DELIVERY, RATHER THAN WAIT FOR OUR VAN
THEY BROUGHT HER TO THE JCT OFFICE.

She was in a real bad shape and unfortunately
all her pups were already dead in her womb.

Our doctor immediately set to work to try and
save her life.

A major and critical operation done in the
open at our Office.

All nicely sutured up, the doctor managed
to save the mother.

WE CAN TRY OUR
BEST BUT WE CAN’T
DO ANYTHING IN
FRONT OF GOD’S
WISH.

And this was just the
beginning…
when Jivdaya
initially began
with one mobile van
and a bit of support

We have come a long
way since then, with 3
mobile vans, in-house
shelter, state-of-the-art
O.T facilities
and not to mention a
completely separate
Bird wing.

Yet the cases of
Cruelty and Reckless
driving remain the
same…

Here’s what happens when you speed recklessly
and hit an innocent animal…

A little pup which was hit by a
car…sadly the pup passed away
after a while due to severe
internal injuries

Human beings can be one of the
most cruel creatures at times, yet
not all of humanity is lost.
We at JCT and the people who
register the complaints try to
maintain that last little bit of
“humanity”.

This poor chap had his lower
mandible broken after being hit by
a speeding car.

Doctors fixed up the
jaw using wire and a
plate

The dog a few weeks after the
surgery…a completely new dog.

A monkey whose leg was badly fractured had to have
his leg pinned to set the fracture.

The monkey was soon back to
normal after a month.

Little monkeys who lost various limbs
after such horrific accidents.

A bull with a burn wounds on its back.
Some cruel person threw acid all over the
poor creature

JCT doctor treating the poor distressed
animal.

The Bull after treatment. Please refrain from throwing
acid on any animals, it is a very cruel and punishable
offence which can result in jail term.

Leg pinning in a dog who had his leg broken after being hit badly.

Almost every month we have atleast 4 to 5
amputations and 6 to 7 pinning cases.
Most of them are accident cases.

A goat that was hit by a garbage truck had to have its
eye removed due to the severity of the wound.

A cow was hit by a car which resulted in
most of her intestines coming out.

The cow being operated upon. Doctors
stitched up the wound and gave her
painkillers to ease the pain.

Here’s A Happy Uttarayan to you…
Our few hours of fun ends with them
paying the price with their lives. Every
year we get over 2000 birds.

We can
remove
their pain
