Instrumentation Project Section, P & ID Diagrams and other related jobs of the section. On 13-10-2014 took over full charge of
Telecom Radio (Communication) section of PHQ, looking after Communication sectional jobs, various contract proposals,

personnel of Headquarter Telecom wing, Spares, making reservations of approved Capital budget items, liaising with vendors
and trainees. As an Installation Manager of Telecom section under pipeline Oil mine, giving special emphasis on Safety
aspects, following statutory guidelines and standards, audit compliances, ISO requirements etc: Again from 01-06-2015, took
over independent charge of Installation Manager of Pipeline Head Quarters Instrumentation Section looking after field
instrumentation, budgeting, contracts, HR management, safety policies, OISD standards, Factory rules, technical solutions,
vendor liaising, procurement, upcoming pump stations upgradtion projects, custody transfer, meter proving, flow metering, tank
gauging,P&ID drawing analysis, turnkey instrumentation projects, process loop simulation, testing and calibration to high
standards etc:
From 21-04-2005 To 26-06-2014, posted as Sectional Head at OIL Pump Base Station # 8 Sonapur , West Bengal as
Telecom Base Head Deputy Chief Engineer (Telecom) with responsibilities of 470 KiloMeter Pipeline Communication,
Instrumentation, SCADA and other Telecom Infrastructural jobs. During the period, executed the commissioning of One Receipt
Terminal 0f NSPL Multi product Pipeline and 2 Sectionalising valve Stations. Commissioned Solartron Densitometers, Caldon
OMNI Flow meters and Flow Computers with Vendor ODS, Barendrecht. Other field instruments, PLC, SCADA, UPS,
Chargers, OFC equipments etc:.
New OFC laying project commissioned along OIL ROW under Pump Station No: 8 Sonapur Sector (West Bengal). Blowing of
OFC through HDPE ducts, Splicing, Link integrity, Loss measurement. Commissioning of OFC Equipment. Leasing Dark Fibers
to Third Parties as Last Mile Connectivity to AIRTEL; BSNL and E1 to NRL and maintaining 100 % Link availability with
minimum downtime during cuts and force Marjorie. Giving stress on proactive and preventive maintenance of OFC through
ducts along OIL ROW/ROU to prevent from breakdown maintenance.
From 09-12-1996 To 20-04-2005, worked in the capacity of Senior Engineer (Telecom) and Superintendent Engineer.
(Telecom) in Instrumentation Section at Pipeline Headquarters Noonmati, Guwahati Assam. During the period independently
installed and commissioned Enraf Nonius make Gauges for Storage Tank Gauges at Pump Stations of Crude Oil Pipeline,
repairing of Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters and various instruments. Commissioned Clamp On, Spool type
Ultrasonic Flow meters of makes Polysonics, Controlotron, Krone Forbes Marshall. Turbine Flow meters of make Smith, Bopp
& Reuther. Geo Source Smith Meter Provers commissioning. Indenting, technical Scrutiny of materials, Budgeting, Cost
analysis, material Inventory etc.
From 05-09-1993 to 08-12-1996, worked as Telecom Engineer and Senior Engineer Telecom at OIL Pump Station 9 Dumar,
Katihar, Bihar. Day to day maintenance of UHF Telecom Communication, Honeywell Instrumentation Console and Telemetry of
SERCK make along with Two repeater stations and analysing various operational faults.
From 01-01-1992 to 04-09-1993, worked as Telecom Engineer at OIL Barauni Terminal, Barauni Bihar. Responsible for
