Act as a user liaison and troubleshooter to deliver technology support—desktop and laptop computers, software, telephones, and
printers—to improve the user experience for ~50 teachers, administrators, and staff at Selma Olinder Elementary School.
Transitioned in January 2016 to support the technology needs of ~70 teachers, administrators, and staff, and 3 computer labs at
Bachrodt and Horace Mann Elementary Schools.
Played an important role in the planning and forecasting of the annual technology budget, performing a school-
wide inventory of technology, and delivering a forecast—within budget plans—for a school-wide technology refresh.
Improved employee productivity and reduced paper and toner waste, transitioning printers from Bonjour
