2. Introduction During on-the-job training (OJT) at Mati City Motor Pool, gain hands-on experience in maintaining a fleet car. It's a great opportunity to learn about the day-to-day operation of the motor pool in a real task.

3. I learned necessary knowledge and skills throughout the task, which was given by the leader /chief increased motivation.
