About Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy (29 July 1904 – 29 November 1993 ) Father of Indian Civil Aviation . Founder - Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Motors, Titan Industries , Tata Tea, Voltas and Air India Awarded India's highest civilian awards Bharat Ratna and Padma Vibhushan Tata Group grew from US$100 million to over US$5 billion Asia's first cancer hospital, the Tata Memorial Centre for Cancer, Research and Treatment. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Objective – To analyze what was Jeh’s leadership style and how can it be still polished and incorporated by prospecting leaders who believe in his ideologies. Descriptive research Sample- 76 Source of data – Primary and secondary Primary- Questionnaire , Personal Interview Secondary- Research papers, books, interviews done by others and internet sources
