KAinat Foundation -2006

Kainat Foundation is a registered Non-profit, Non Governmental Organization (NGO) under the Society Registration Act 21, 1860/523, Government of India. It aims to tackle the grave issue of poverty, through a five pronged plan:-

Education for all
Scientific and Environmental Awareness
Improve health care facilities
Childcare and community developmental program
Empower rural, deprived, poor, uncared, unloved and neglected children

Our most innovative project focuses on making children not only subjects of change but also agents of change. We are trying to improve the basic conditions of the children at the lower rungs of the ladder of the society-the street children, those forced into child labour and children of other downtrodden social classes. By working at the very grass root level, the Kainat strives to bring about a change not only in the tangible conditions of the living and sanitation , but also the prevalent attitude , thoughts and views of the entire community for the children of today who are the leaders of tomorrow.

4. Shakil Ahmed Kakvi was born on 8
th
February
1965. He was the eldest son of Jameel Ahmed
and Late Ubaida Khatoon.

5. His Father, Mr. Jameel Ahmed ,Donor of the land
for the Kainat School in a Jovial Mood with the
Kainat volunteers at Kako.

6. He says
“You are unique and alone in whole Universe, fulfill the
mission for which you came, to lead Humanity under
command of the almighty."
This feeling grew so strong that he decided to give
education to all children. He was constantly supported by
his mother in his aim.

7. The Beginnings
After all preparations, the Kainat Foundation was started on
8 Feb 1999.The Foundation Stone of the Kainat Foundation
building was laid on 25th March 2004.This Stone is a hope
for many children for Education in life.

We have a dream to build a school for the 46 lakh
children who are still deprived of education
in Bihar.

59. The Reality
The building planned to be constructed is 2 storeys
with a total area of 8900 sq. feet.
One sq. foot costs approximately 40 Qatari riyals.

The Expenditure for one room would be 5000-7000
Qatari riyals.
If someone donates the cost of one room alone , the room
will be named exclusively accordingly to the donors' wish.

60. The Reality…
The school is under construction.
There are still 8000 square feet to go.
