2. Personal life Her full BIRTH name is Katheryn Elizabeth " Katy" Hudson . Born October 24 , 1985 at Santa Barbara She divorced Russell Brand Her dad’s name was Keith Hudson and her moms name was Mary Perry She’s an actress, business woman, and a American Recording Artist. In her early years her and her family lived in poverty, they barely had enough to get by. Katy has a younger brother named David and a older sister name Angela.  

3. The Basics pt. 2 She was born into a pastor’s family. She her passion for music grew at 15. She was raised in a religious family. She has an older sister and younger brother . She signed to a Christian record label, Red Hill, and recorded an album under her birth name of Katy Hudson.

She gives away her outfits to her tour crew. Her singers and dancers get first dibs on clothes, shoes and jewelry . She likes to clean for fun because it relaxes her. She is obsessed with cats, she owns her own cat with the name of “Kitty Purry ”
