knowledge concerns with the intricacies and nuances of the RCMS portal. Identified the key lacunae and gaps concerning the updating of order-sheets and
issue with the correct entry of applicant’s mobile number into the RCMS portal.

Comparative Analysis of Features under RCMS Which a re Currently Not Operational Available Features Issues Availability of SMS system to the applicants Mobile numbers are not being uploaded by LSKs during registration of applications Probable Solution: (Generation of OTP) Availability viewing case status and regular order sheet to the applicants Order sheets are not being uploaded on day to day basis on RCMS portal Probable Solution: (Online grievance redressal option should be provided to the applicants) Direct option available for online applying to the RCMS portal Applicants are not aware about the process of applying directly/online to the portal 2. Applicants due to lack of awareness approaches typists or middleman Probable Solution: (Awareness camp or Simplified graphics of application process should be drawn on LSKs and Tehsil Office premises)

4. Random Acknowledgment Slip taken from RCMS Portal to address the concerned Issue Wrong Entry of Applicant’s Mobile number leading no access to case status via SMS system Issue

5. ISSUE:- No update has been made in the order not section on regular basis. In this case applicant/respondent aren’t able to view the online case status (especially the regular order note)
