Key Performance Factors
KPI’s are used by managers to determine if their organization is successful and is going in the right direction. Every Organization has their own KPI’s but the same problem comes up and that is how do we affect the KPI and get the results we are looking for. KPI – Key Performance Indicators
In every board meeting or executive meting they will talk about metrics and how the company is doing. We need to find something that is going to allow us to directly affect the indicators and to get the results we so need. The answer to this problem is to use Key Performance Factors – KPF’s How to affect Results and Indicators
Key Performance Factors are things that we can use on a daily basis that will help us drive the result we are looking for. These are things looked at and changed and monitored by you the user to help achieve that result you are looking for. When you use these factors you allow your self the ability to change the indicators that your organization is looking at. KPF’s – Key Performance Factors

The way we keep track of the KPF’s is by writing them down in the empowering engagement notebook. By writing them down they become hard set and you can look at them and determine how you want to change them. Then you can take your factors and change them into actionable results How to track them
Many times we have many things on our plates and we have to decide on what we are going to focus on. We need to determine what are the more important things for us today. Once you have create a list of important items you need to select one thing that will make or break your day. One thing that will affect your results
A KPR is a Key Performance Result. That is one thing that you are going to focus on today that will make your day successful. On the same note if you do not achieve that result today it will break your day and will cause you to have a terrible day. So the question is what is you KPR for today? What is a KPR
As you look at your actionable items and you have gone through you KPF’s and determined what you are going to focus on. What is the one result you have to have today. If we try to focus on more than one thing then the other results get diluted down so just focus on one thing. The other key point when deciding is make sure you can achieve it in one day. What is your KPR today?
One of the key parts to motivation and engagement is that they are closely tied to results and achievements. If we want to be motivated and engaged in our lives we need to look at our results and how we are achieving our goals. When we do this we will feel better and we will be able to achieve the results we are looking for. How KPR affect Motivation and Engagement
The question is how can I use these in everyday life. By using the notebook and writing down your goals and accomplishments and failures every single day. You will work on them and be able to accomplish those goals every single day. The best part is you can use these at home, at work or any where you might be. They are universal concepts. One of the amazing benefits of this system is that creates a work life balance that you can not get through other systems. By using the KPF’s and KPR’s you achieve a higher state of satisfaction and the ability to go out and attack any task that is given to you.
