What does impression mean? It can have lots of meanings in the English language:

What does impression mean? An impression of …pretending to be something else…. An impression of a tree!

First impressions Trying to ensure someone has a good impression of you when you first meet them.

A comedic impression Someone who can pretend to be someone else by copying their voice and mannerisms. You might have seen an impressionist on a programme like Britain’s Got Talent.
