MAJOR PROJECTS OVERVIEW:
PwC Madelia: A project to implement five new types of activities which covered Survey’s done by customers. CRM
system was connected to the third system named Madelia through PI interfaces. All the updates performed in the
CRM system itself. The master data i.e. User and Org data along with transactional data was sent to Madelia
system via. Outbound Proxy interfaces. After providing feedback to those surveys, it was again sent to CRM
system through Inbound Proxy interface. Worked as SAP CRM ABAP developer and only technical point of
contact.
Areas worked on - Reports Program, Standard BADI’s Implementation for Master data, BOL programming in
Component workbench and PI interfaces (Proxies), BAPI’s, and Transaction Launcher.
PwC Process Improvement: An enhancement project which included multiple Change Requests (CR’s). CR’s were of
areas like change in account hierarchy, adding a unique identification number to the accounts, sending mails to the
customers for the status of multiple activities, some UI changes in the layout and integration of CRM and MDM
system for account management. Worked as ABAP developer. Areas worked on are same as the above project.
Unilever PRIME & WALL: The objective of this project was to provide a mobile device to sales representatives so that
it would be handy to carry in all the store to create Appointments and sales orders. The new mobility solution is
being executed through Project Prime in Europe and WALL in China. This was a total end-to-end SAP scenario. It
was a REX based Implementation and Development project. Worked as a technical consultant.
Areas worked on – Report Programs, BODI Interfaces, Proxy Interfaces, BADI’s Implementation, RFC Function
Modules, DCN approach, REX configuration, Transaction Codes, Middleware, Queue Monitoring, XML messages
Monitoring, Request Load, Organization Structure.
Provided 8 months support for the WALL project and resolved critical issues related to master data. At the end,
system was so stable that its support was merged to different support, since the number of incidents were rare.
