KIC 24/7 Final Report

KIC 24-7 is a real-time monitoring system dedicated to assuring product quality. The system has been designed
to watch the reflow process in real time, alarming when parameters fall outside of specification.
The KIC 24-7 system is also designed to provide tracking and tracing all products that are produced on our
reflow ovens whether for quality assurance or for customer satisfaction in determining what occurred for a given
product at a specific time.

This report summarizes the findings of a recently conducted acceptance testing performed by the technology
group in Monterrey during March 2005. The purpose was to validate the accuracy of KIC 24-7 in tracking changes
in the oven characteristics that could affect the quality of production.
