PT. Meindo Elang Indah is one of the leading EPCI contractors in
Indonesia, providing fully integrated solutions in Engineering,
Procurement, Construction and Installation services for the
Petrochemical, Energy and upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
Founded in 1987, Meindo commenced its Engineering and
Construction business in 1991 as petrochemical contractor before
venturing into the upstream Oil and Gas sector. We clinched our first
project (Peciko I) in 1997 for Total E&P Indonesie. Since then, we
have successfully managed more than 150 Oil and Gas in Indonesia.
With over 30 years of experience, Meindo has built our local
presence as leader in topside, jacket and module fabrication and
onshore/offshore pipeline installation in Indonesia.

STRUCTURE The structural work shall include but not limited to
fabrication and installation extension platform, pipe
support, handrail, stair and ladder, trolley beam,
lifting structure, etc.

PIPING The piping fabrication and installation work shall include, but not be limited to welding joint, including cutting, beveling, flushing assistance, spading/de-spanding, hydrostatic test, leak test (including valve test), other piping work required by COMPANY.

BLASTING and PAINTING The blasting and painting work shall including, but not be limited to surface preparation, blasting work, painting/coating application and inspection

WORK Project Background In the context of construction maintenance
and for repairs or modifications to the main
pipeline in the CPA (HGL – Gas Compressor).
And also for structural strengthening in the
area Gas Compressor

8. PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK Project Objectives The purpose of this work is to provide COMPANY with
general construction services for construction maintenance,
repair of CPA main lines or modifications and structural
repairs or modifications necessary to support COMPANY’s
operations in CPA

9. PROJECT SCOPE OF
WORK Expected Results The expected result of this work is to be able
to complete the mainline installation work
(HGL – Gas Compressor) and strengthen the
platform structure in the Gas Compressor
area safely, securely and with quality
