USEFUL FUNGI Important source of food. eg : Morchella & Agaricus (edible) Important in bakeries ( making bread) Important in breweries (making alcohol) Yeast also produce vitamin B Good decomposers Production of antibiotics – Pencillin ( Pencillium notatum )
