2. رَّبِّ زِدْنِيْ عِلْمًا اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْماً نَافِعاً وَرِزْقاً طَيِّباً وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ وَاجْعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي الْآخِرِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ النَّعِيمِ وَاغْفِرْ لِأَبِي إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الضَّالِّينَ وَلَا تُخْزِنِي يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى اللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ —Dua Increase in Knowledge

4. Chapter 27 Curing through Magical Spells ( An- Nushrah )

Jabir radhiyallahu ‘ anhu narrates أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ النُّشْرَةِ، فَقَالَ: «هِيَ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ». “Allah's Messenger was asked about An- Nushrah (the act of seeking cure from magical spells / incantation), he said, "It is one of the deeds of Satan." [Ahmad and Abu Dawud have reported it with good chain of narrators (Isnad).] Imam Abu Dawud reported that when Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal was asked about this, he said: "Ibn Mas'ud disliked all this.“ Jobir roziyallohu anhu rivoyat qiladilar : “ Rasululloh sallallohu alayhi va sallamdan nushra ( sehr-jodudan qutulish uchun o‘qiladigan duolar / amallar ) haqida so‘ralganida , u zot dedilar : «Bu shayton ishlaridandir ».” [Bu hadisni Imom Ahmad va Abu Dovud rahmatullohi alayhima sahih isnod bilan rivoyat qilganlar .] Imom Abu Dovud rahmatullohi alayh rivoyat qiladilar : Imom Ahmad ibn Hanbal rahmatullohi alayh bu haqda so‘ralganida dedilar : “Abdulloh ibn Mas’ud roziyallohu anhu bunday narsalarning barchasini makruh ko‘rganlar .” Daleel

Al-Bukhari reports from Qatadah: I said to Ibn Al- Musaiyib , "A man is under a magical spell or is unable to copulate with his wife, should we treat him by An- Nushrah or apply some other means to cure the spell / sorcery?" Ibn Al- Musaiyib replied, "It is alright because they intend restoration or mending. That which benefits is not forbidden.“ Imam Al-Hasan (Al-Basri) is of the view that only a sorcerer (magician) can break the spell of another sorcerer. Imom Buxoriy rahmatullohi alayh Qatodadan rivoyat qiladilar : Qatoda aytadi : “Men Said ibn Musayyib roziyallohu anhu zotidan so‘radim : ‘Bir odam sehr ta’sirida qolsa yoki xotini bilan yaqinlik qila olmay qolsa , biz uni nushra bilan davolaylikmi yoki boshqa biror usul bilan davolash kerakmi ?’ Shunda Ibn Musayyib roziyallohu anhu dedilar : ‘Bunda zarar yo‘q , chunki ular tuzatish va isloh niyat qiladilar . Foyda keltiradigan narsa man etilmagan .’” Imom Hasan Basriy rahmatullohi alayhning nazarlaricha , faqat sehrgar ( jodugar ) gina boshqa sehrgarning sehrini yecha oladi . Daleel

Ibn Al- Qaiyim wrote that An- Nushrah is removing the effects of sorcery spell from the affected one, and it is of two types: The use of magic (sorcery) to remove the effects of another magic and it is an act of Satan to which the comment of Imam Al-Hasan (Al-Basri) applies, i.e., that the one who performs sorcery and the patient, both get closer to Satan by that which he loves. Satan then removes the effects of magic from the afflicted. Ibn al-Qayyim rahmatullohi alayh yozadilar : Nushra — bu sehr-joduning ta’siriga uchragan kishidan sehr asoratlarini ketkazishdir . U ikki xil bo‘ladi : Sehrni boshqa bir sehr vositasi bilan ketkazish . Bu esa shayton amallaridandir . Bu borada Imom Hasan Basriy rahmatullohi alayhning so‘zlari tatbiq qilinadi . Ya’ni , sehr qiluvchi ham, undan najot izlayotgan bemor ham shaytonga yaqinlashadilar va uning sevadigan narsasi bilan unga murojaat qiladilar . Shunda shayton o‘z roziligi evaziga u kishidan sehr ta’sirini ko‘tarib qo‘yadi . Daleel

8. The effects of magic can be removed by making recitation of Qur'anic Verses, by offering legitimate prayers ( Ruqyah ) as well as by using pharmaceutical preparations. This type of Nushrah is permissible. 2) Sehr- joduning asoratlari Qur’oni karim oyatlarini tilovat qilish , shariatga muvofiq ruqya-duolar o‘qish hamda dorivor tayyorgarliklardan foydalanish orqali ketkazilishi mumkin .
