In truth, acknowledging one’s assets and limitations is never easy – it is lifelong process. Even adults find this a very challenging process. The technique to make the process a little easier is by making choice. One has to choose to realize how valuable he/she as a person because if one is in denial about the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and characteristics that he/she has, there will be nothing in one’s life but failure.
