PROBLEM & RESEARCH QUESTION Employees leaving their current jobs since they are not satisfied (Pham et al., 2021). “What factors influence FPT Information System’s employees’ job satisfaction in 2023?” Research Objective 1 : To identify the key factors that motivate employees to work at FIS Research Objective 2: To rank those factors in order of influence. Size : From 70 – 90 people currently working at IS  Get different perspectives. PROBLEMS RESEARCH QUESTION Dissatisfaction in tech companies in recent years (Terrazas, 2023).

• Population: Employees in Bangladesh • Method: Q uestionnaires • Problems: - Low productivity - Employees leaving because they are not satisfied Study 1: How do wages and welfare facilities affect employee productivity and motivation? Variables Motivation Performance Motivation 0.490 Wages 0.800 0.440 Facilities 0.770 0.320 F-square Result The values above 0.35 indicate large effects ( Sarstedt et al., 2017) If a company offers: • Sufficient wages • Changes in the physical environment  Increase satisfaction Wages Facilities Motivation Productivity • Sample size: 3,436,847 ( Alam et al., 2020)

• Population: SME e mployees in Vietnam • Method: Direct interview (pre-designed questionnaire) • Problems: - Enterprises lack management skills and knowledge - Competitiveness is affected Study 2: What are the factors influencing SME employee loyalty in Vietnam? Multivariate Regression Result Comparing the value (strength) of standardized β :  Colleague factor = the biggest impact ( β = 0.291) • Sample size: 320 (NGUYEN et al., 2020)

• Population: 4&5 stars hotels in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan. • Method: Questionnaire • Problems: Employees feel invalidated  negatively affects brand’s reputation Study 3: How do job satisfaction dimensions vary in their relative importance for the recommendation intentions of different employee groups?  Job satisfaction has a significant & direct impact on Commitment. (Time 1 β = 0.655 and Time 2 β = 0.400) • Sample size: 450 • Result: Job satisfaction Employee empowerment Commitment H1 H2 H3 H4 ( AlKahtani et al., 2021)
