Start of Appraisal Cycle- Departmental KPI Communicated Head of Department/Office Communicates the same to subordinates Reporting Manager in consultation with appraisee , finalizes the domain, weightages & tasks. Enters it into system Employee Agrees with his KPI Sheet after discussions with Reporting Officer KPI Finalised in System
Continuous Appraisal There will be provision of Quarterly Review (non mandatory) in addition to Annual Review (mandatory) Employee can do self appraisal against each assigned task/function. Reporting Manager can put across his/her comments/ observations/ corrective measures (if any) There will not be any Agree/Disagree or escalations in quarterly reviews Marks will not be awarded in quarterly reviews. Scoring will be done only at the end of fourth quarter for the whole year (Or in case of KPI closure/change mid-way as discussed during ‘Train the Trainers’ session)* Domains, Weights and Tasks can be changed at any time. For every change- the existing KPI template to be closed and marking done * , and then new one to be assigned The Domain named ‘Others’ will be a blank field to be used in case of contingencies
