The one and only Exercise!
Can we hope do any thing to reduce our childrend’s work load and tension ? The mental abilities of all children are not alike nor does their tastes in subjects First access the mental abilities of children by the age of about 8 years and categorize them to 3 groups and give curriculum & examinations according to their mental ability Rather than teaching all children the same curriculum and giving them the same examination and allowing others to write for!

Steps to be taken to limit the media influence Watch what your children are viewing. Allow them to spend only half to 1 hour per day watching TV. Set condition limits, for e.g. no TV, video games before homework is complete. Do not allow TV in the children’s bedrooms. Turn off TV during mealtimes. 54
