technique of first port insertion, other port positions
suitably modified
Retrocaecal extraperitoneal appendix- Dissection
along Toldt`s white line to free the appendix
Appendicular abscess- drainage,toiletting,identify
ruptured appendix and remove. Covert to open if
necessary
Appendicular mass- Coservative treatment followed
by interval appendecectomy after one and half
months
