2. INCISIONAL HERNIA Champaben 72 year female C/o swelling over lower midline abdomen 6.5cm defect in lower midline

INCISIONAL HERNIA Chetankumar kadhiya Age:49 Sex:male C/O Swelling upper midline abdomen x 2 months Previous history of surgery over the abdomen 10 years before splenectomy was done CT abdomen Pelvis male contrast: There is a 14 x 10 mm sized defect over anterior abdominal wall in midline supra umbilical region through which omental fat is seen to herniate.

4. INCISIONAL HERNIA Revabhai Vankar Age:55 Sex:male C/O Swelling upper midline abdomen x 4 months Previous history of surgery laparoscopic converted to open choleystectomy 1 year before. CT abdomen Pelvis male contrast: A defect of size 29 mm is noted above umbilical region, through which bowel herniate  Diastasis of recti muscles seen with maximum inter-recti distance of 4.8 cm.

5. UMBILICAL HERNIA HASMUKHBHAI MAKWANA AGE: 48 SEX: MALE c/o swelling over abdomen around umbilicus x 1 month USG: Approx 17 mm size defect seen on umbilical region through which omental fat passing as its content

6. B/L INGUINAL HERNIA NAME: MAGANBHAI VASAVA AGE: 76 YEARS SEX: MALE c/o swelling in bilateral inguinal region x 8 month with pain USG:- Right sided small direct inguinal hernia is seen. Antenatal fat is seen bulging during valsalva . Neck of hernia is around 20mm. Left sided small direct inguinal hernia is seen Antenatal fat is seen bulging during valsalva .

B/L INGUINAL HERNIA NAME: SHANABHAI PARMAR AGE: 70 YEARS SEX: MALE c/o swelling on both sides in inguinal region x 10 years pain in inguinal region x 2 years USG There is evidence of approx 14mm sized defect noted along the anterior abdominal wall in right ingunal region through which there is herniation of omentum There is evidence of approx 18.6mm sized dedect in left inguinal region through which there is herniation of omentum and bowel loop in inguinal canal and scrotal sac.

8. GALL STONE DISEASE Year female C/o right hypochondriac pain since 3 months with nausea and dyspepsia USG s/o

9. RECURRENT APPENDICITIS 24 year male C/o pain Right Iliac Fossa since 6 months USG Tubular blind ending structure seen in RIF of diameter 9.8mm mid and 11mm at base with length of 3-4 cm
