Helps to Relieve Stress

Laughter relieves physical tension and stress,
leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45

We are learning more every day how negative thoughts
actually trigger chemical reactions and bring more stress
to your body. The result, a weaker immune system. The
flip side is that positive thoughts and laugther release

Laughter may ease pain by causing the body to
