“My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level.” ― Michael H. Hart, The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History
The Impact If greatness of purpose, smallness of means and astounding results are the three criteria of human genius then who could dare to compare any great man in history with Muhammad? Lamartine, French historian and educator.
Why GREATNESS ? Good is the enemy of GREAT. And that is one of the key reasons why we have so little that becomes great. We don't have great schools, principally because we have good schools.
Greatness in Team "The best people are those living in my generation, and then those who will follow them, and then those who will follow them”

Organization Chart A Leader’s success can be defined as the maximum utilization of the abilities of those under him.
People are Mines Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “ People are like mines of silver and gold. The best of them in the time of ignorance are the best of them in Islam, if they have religious understanding. ” Source: Ṣaḥih ̣ Muslim 2638

Greatness in Goal
Timeless Message “There was no prophet among the [former] prophets but that he was given signs which the people believed in. And indeed, I was given a revelation (i.e. the Qur’an) that Allah revealed to me. So I hope to be the one, with the most followers on the Day of Resurrection.” ( Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim)
Optimism in the Most Difficult Circumstances Tamim al-Dari reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “ This matter will certainly reach every place touched by the night and day. Allah will not leave a house or residence but that Allah will cause this religion to enter it, by which the honorable will be honored, and the disgraceful will be disgraced. Allah will honor the honorable with Islam, and he will disgrace the disgraceful with unbelief .” Tamīm Ad- Dāri used to say: "I saw this in members of my family: those of them who embraced Islam enjoyed good, honor, and a high standing; and the disbelievers among them were subject to humiliation, disgrace , and the payment of Jizyah ."
Milestones towards that Goal
Leadership Truth: Credibility Is The Foundation Of Leadership Credibility is linked with a leader’s believability; if people cannot find the leader credible, they will not trust him or her. Without the trust created by being credible, no leader can have relationships with his or her followers, and leadership does not exist without relationships. The importance of credibility is said in simple terms by the authors’; if you don’t believe the messenger, you won’t believe the message, and do what you say you will do.
Khadija’s Witness " Never! By Allah, Allah will never disgrace you. You keep good relations with your Kith and kin, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guests generously and assist the deserving calamity-afflicted ones."
The Evil An- Nadr bin Al- Harith Confirms the Credibility of the Prophet (SAW) “O Quraish ! You have experienced an unprecedented phenomenon before which you have so far been desperately helpless. Muhammad grew up here among you and always proved to be highly obliging, the most truthful and trustworthy young man. However, later on when he reached manhood, he began to preach a new faith alien to your society, and opposed to your liking so you began to denounce him at a time as a sorcerer, at another as a soothsayer, a poet, or even an insane man. I swear by Allah he is not anyone of those. He is not interested in blowing on knots as magicians are, nor do his words belong to the world of soothsaying; he is not a poet either, for his mentality is not that of a rambler, nor is he insane because he has never been witnessed to develop any sort of hallucinations or abnormality of madmen. O people of Quraish , it is really a serious issue and I recommend that you reconsider your attitude.”
Greatness in Belief “When you come to the end of the light of all that you know and are about to step off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things will happen. There will be something firm to stand on or you will be taught how to fly.” B arbara Winters
Belief is not just “ BLIND ” Belief is seeing BEYOND Materialism which can’t be seen through our normal eyes. عقل گو آستاں سے دُور نہیں ، اس کی تقدیر میں حضور نہیں دلِ بینا بھی کر خدا سے طلب , آنکھ کا نور دل کا نور نہیں
Fear & Hope Ibn al- Qayyim ( raḥimahullah ) writes, “The heart in its journey to Allah is like a bird. Love is its head, and fear and hope are its two wings. When the head is healthy, then the two wings will fly well.
To You, my Lord, I complain of my weakness, lack of support and the humiliation I am made to receive. Most Compassionate and Merciful! You are the Lord of the weak, and you are my Lord. To whom do You leave me? To a distant person who receives me with hostility? Or to an enemy You have given power over me? As long as you are not displeased with me, I do not care what I face. I would, however, be much happier with Your mercy. I seek refuge in the light of Your face by which all darkness is dispelled and both this life and the life to come are put in their right course against incurring your wrath or being the subject of your anger. To You I submit, until I earn Your pleasure. Everything is powerless without your support.
I will NEVER Abandon this Message! “O my uncle! By Allah if they put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left on condition that I abandon this course, I would not abandon it until Allah has made me victorious or I perish therein.’’ The Prophet (May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) got up, and as he turned away, his uncle called him and said, “Come back, my nephew,’’ and when he came back, he said, “Go and preach what you please, for by Allah, I will never forsake you.

Optimism مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُسْلِمَ مِنْ نَصَبٍ وَلاَ وَصَبٍ وَلاَ هَمٍّ وَلاَ حُزْنٍ وَلاَ أَذًى وَلاَ غَمٍّ حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةِ يُشَاكُهَا، إِلاَّ كَفَّرَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِنْ خَطَايَاهُ " No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness nor hurt nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that." ( Sahih Bukhari)
The great scholar, Ibn Taymiyya (d. 728/1328) summarized the concept of tawakkul as follows: “ Tawakkul comprises of reliance on Allah, in order for Him to help the person do what they are ordered to do, as well as reliance on Allah in giving the person what they cannot achieve. Istiʿānah (seeking help) is in actions, and tawakkul is broader than that.
Those to whom the people said: Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them! But it only increased their faith, and they said: Sufficient for us is Allah, and he is an excellent guardian. Surat Ali Imran 3:173
