Leadership “Leadership is one of the most observed and least understood phenomena on earth.” (James MacGregor Burns in Leadership, 1978, 2) “ Pg. 1

“There are almost as many different definitions of leadership as there are persons who have attempted to define the concept.” (Bass in Bass & Stogdill’s Handbook of Leadership , 3 rd edition, 1990, 11)

This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and  stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful. (Paul in 1 Cor 4:1-2 ESV) Biblical Leadership Servant-Steward Leadership
