Ken LeBlanc- Business Degree from the College of Holy Cross With a strong business background, Ken believed he could start a profitable Oil company with very little knowledge in the industry. His degree helped in may ways. As of right now, he is the leading oil distributor in Central MA

Top of the line, cheapest price, all the work is done within the company, great customer service What sort of work do you do for the business outside of business hours ? Separate delivery tickets by towns, run credit cards for oil delivery's on credit What kinds of advertising to you use to promote your business ? Newspaper ads, word of mouth, radio talk shows How important is keeping a good staff? “Customer serve at LeBlanc Oil is very important. A good staff goes a long way. Our drivers here are the best around.”

Summery Anyone can be successful in a company they are not familiar with if they have a great business background. Knowing basic management skills is a great start in the right direction. Owning a business with high standards will always promote a high outco me. What did I learn? Factors and responsibilities to owning your own company. Ambition goes along way.
