2. Implementing of the sanitary care and the medical practice. With the beginning of accession to Russia, the first medical workers appeared in Kazakhstan such as military doctors, doctor ’s assistant , paramedics, healers and physicians . And were opened the first medical institutions like hospitals of the infirmaries of the Siberian Cossack army .

2. Implementing of the sanitary care and the medical practice. In 1745, five regiments were stationed in the fortresses of the Irtysh line, each of which had regimental and battalion healers and sub-healers on staff. The military infirmaries that provided medical care to officers, soldiers, civil officials, their family members and the local indigenous population.
