To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to write a letter recommending Erika Romero. Mrs. Romero has been a valuable
member of the Riverside community for six years. During her teaching career here, she has become
endeared to the students, parents, and faculty of Riverside Elementary.

The students of Riverside lucky enough to call her teacher are given a strong academic foundation in
third grade. Her classroom is well-organized and it is obvious that hours of careful preparation have
gone into creating its design. Student work is centered on individual need. Mrs. Romero addresses
each student with loving respect and high expectations. Her directions are concise and age
appropriate. It is a room in which children flourish and they love her.

The parents of children in Mrs. Romero’s room are blessed. It is without hesitation that I have seen
many parents leave their beloved children into the capable hands of Mrs. Romero. I have heard many
parents in the community speak highly about her natural ability with their children and in respect for
her dedication to her profession.

Mrs. Romero would be a wonderful addition to any faculty. She is an innately good person and those
characteristics transcend into her teaching career as well. She has natural leadership abilities, and
works with dedication and love for the profession.
