Greetings in the name of Public Service!
The implementation of the Basic Education Act of 2001(RA 9155) provided the
mandate for decentralizing the system of school management and recognized the role
of Local Government Units and other stakeholders as partners in education service
delivery.
DepEd Order No. 83, s. 2012, known as the Implementing Guidelines on the Revised
SBM Framework, Assessment Process and Tools underscores that ACCESs (A Child
and Community-Centered Education System) espouses four principles of a school
system that guide the SBM processes as follows:
1.Principle of Collective Leadership and Governance;
2.Principle of Community-Based Learning;
3.Principle of Accountability for Performance and Results; and,
4.Principle of Convergence to Harness Resources for Education.
An event analysis reveals that for the past 10 years, our school gained significant
growth and development due to strong partnership with other agencies, private
individuals and institutions. Most of the partnership engagements were formed
through activities like Brigada Eskwela, Adopt-a-School Program and Foundation Day
Celebrations.
The analysis showed that gains in school performance as indicated by the Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) is attributed to the collective partnership efforts and
agreements executed by the school and the external stakeholders.
Another great opportunity has come to celebrate our school’s Foundation Day and I
am deeply humbled and honored for having been designated by your office as Director
General to this year’s event.
Driven by the principle that planning is the beginning of success, may I request that
your’s truly will preside a planning meeting on October 24, 2022 at 3:00 PM. The
agenda will be as follows:

Attendees to this meeting are all teaching personnel of the JHS and SHS departments.
