What makes “YOU” aim Pooja SAS

The Activity

Points to Remember Please draw the 4 strokes in the mentioned order ONLY from the Left side of page and follow it to the right side. Each grid has 10 circles in 1 row. You have to complete the row and then move to next row. Time Limit is 30 sec Start when I say “Start”. Stop the activity when I command “Stop” Above all- Enjoy the activity

Let us Start NOW

Time to Count- Count the number of emoticons you have successfully made Ensure the emoticons should have 4 strokes, in the mentioned order only. Partial completion is not to be counted

Attempt 1- Set a Goal for yourself Now you have another opportunity to set a goal for yourself. The time Limit to achieve your goal is 30 sec START 30 sec STOP COUNT Again Count the number of emoticons you have successfully made Ensure the emoticons should have 4 strokes, in the mentioned order only. Partial completion is not to be counted REPEAT 4 more times

Let us see- What makes you “TICK” Reflect on:- You may answer the questions I now ask by raising your hands, or unmuting yourself. Did you achieve the set goal in all the trials? Did you alter your goal? What was the reason for the change in goal? What the feeling when you achieved the set goal? What was the feeling when you did not achieve the goal? Was the change in the goal resultant of the success or failure in the previous trail?

So what is LEVEL OF Aspiration APA Defines LOA as- “ a conceptual approach to group and individual performance that assumes that one’s initial goals and ambitions influence both particular performances and their emotional, motivational, and behavioral consequences.” Which means- where and how far individuals set their targets for achievement. This complex phenomenon is determined largely by our past failures and successes, perceptions about our own ability and some elements of involvement of our ego and self.

You can consult the Trainer for a one on one feedback.
