4. Terms and Conditions Operating exclusively within the City of Las Pinas. Funeral Service Provider should have the necessary Qualifications, experience in funeral and cremation s ervices.

6. The City may refuse to pay the Funeral Service Provider in case of any violation from the Terms and Conditions of this Memorandum of Agreement. The Funeral Service Provider will be able to charge t he e xpenses for each deceased given they presented a Letter of Authority from the Office of the City Mayor/authorized representative.

Libreng Libing Libreng Cremation Maximum of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) for adult (ages 14y/o and above) Maximum of Seven Thousand Pesos (P7,000.00) for a child (ages 14y/o below) Eight Thousand Pesos (P8,000.00) for a cadaver One Thousand and Eight Hundred Pesos (P1,800.00) for the urn City’s compensation for the services

8. Terms and Conditions should be complied with the said City Ordinances. The City is not held accountable in any l iabilities arising from any acts/service of the Funeral Service Provider.
