Eligibilityrequirement to get a Credit Card
Age Criteria :-Primary card-holder
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 69 running years
Minimum Salary is mandatory as per policy, basis on ETB or NTB cases.
Applicant should either be Salaried or Self-employed.
Residential status :-Credit Cards to be issued only to Individuals resident in India

Do’s
•Always approach customer politely and with a smile.
•Customer should always be clearly informed about the benefits and fees applicable on the
desired card
•Do re-check opted Card type prior to processing
•Do check the customer Name, Desired name, in web portal and customer KYC & Income
•Check the Residence and Office Address
Don’t
•No credit limit should be committed to the customer.
•Do not make false commitments.
•Do not login two application forms at a time for 2 two different variant card.

reflecting on the screen to the customer
and click on Next
For Income more than 5 Lacs –Both the card variant will get displayed on the screen Signature
Card / Platinum Card –Customer has to select the card variant

•Income criteria not met
•CIBIL and APP score reject

•PAN Card detail is Mandatory in all cases
•Please make sure that customer’s monthly & annual income in case of both Salaried & Self-Employed is as per Policy
•Mother's maiden name should only be put in the right field
•It is required for the Customer to put the complete Residence address as per AdhaarCard.
•Desire Name combination with 'First Name-Last Name & First Name-Middle Name' will get processed, provided
it matches with KYC
•DOB should be entered correctly, once application submitted then the DOB field is non editable.
•Source the application in serviceable pincode
Don'ts
•Without minimum salary criterial, cases will NOT get processed
•Salaried Cases where Residence address & Office address is same will NOT get processed/accepted.
•Family name or Surname should NOT be entered in Mother’s maiden name field
