Introduction to Fixtures
•A Light Fixture is an electrical devise used to
create artificial light by use of an electric lamps.
•Fixtures may also have a switch to control the
light.

•Fixtures requires an electrical connection to a
power source, typically AC mains power, but it
may have batter power for emergency lights.

Types of Fixtures
1)Chandeliers:- Suspended from ceiling and direct their
light upward.
2)Ceiling:- Mounted directly to the ceiling & has plastic
of glass shade concealing the light bulb.

3) Wall Sconces:- Surface-mounted to wall, can direct
light upwards or downwards.
4)Light lamps:- Are extremely versatile and portable
source of light in any room.

Introduction to Reflectors
An reflectors is an specialized reflective surface used to
redirect light towards a given subject.

Types of Reflectors
1)Good reflectors:-The best reflectors were the shiny which
looks like mirror and opaque which means no light can
pass through it.
2)Poor Reflectors:-The poor reflectors are transparent which
means light can go through it.

Mediocre reflectors:- these reflectors are translucent
which means little light goes through them.
