Limitless film poster

This poster of limitless follows the conventions of a film poster, including a credit block, taglines and typography; which fits in with the film narrative and genre. The key influences in the film poster are the characters , costume and Location. As soon as the viewer looks at this film poster they are given an insight to the narrative of the film , features such as taglines. The tagline says ' Everything is possible when you open your mind'. Already this is giving an insight of the films narrative, enticing the audience to watch the trailer or film.

Layout; The narrative of the film 'Limitless' is given away to the audience quite easily. The audience can already find out about the characters just by looking at the poster, and the placement they have been layer out on the poster. Bradley Cooper is standing in front of Robert Deniro , portraying to the audience that he is the character of most importance and significance within the film, it can also portray the power battle between both characters within the film. The typography on the film poster fits in with the plot/narrative of the film as it is sharp typography really neat and simple but also looks smart. This is in reference to the effects of the 'clear pill' making the user sharper and smarter.

All of the features on the film poster correspond with one another in order to present the narrative/plot of the film to an audience to intrigue them into watching it in the cinemasĀ or even just the trailer.
