III. Course Policy
COURSE DESCRIPTION Living in the I.T. Era is an engaging course exploring the science, culture, and
ethics of Information Technology, delving into its profound influence on modern living and
human relationships. The course will focus on the internet and its components, especially
their utilization by the Millennial Generation. Participants will gain insights into the evolution
of communication and information technologies and the cultural, economic, political, and
social ramifications they bring to society. Additionally, students will examine the diverse
applications of I.T. for personal, professional, and social advancement and how individuals,
media organizations, and corporations harness the internet for their benefit.
