Logistic paperwork

The personnel list is used to document everyone working on the project, their role in the production, and their contact information. The resource list is used to document the equipment needed for the production such as cameras, the list also includes where to get the equipment and how to obtain it. The location release form is a way to get permission for a filming location from the owner or property manager.

The contributor release form is used to get permission from the producers or contributors, to film a production. The risk assessment form is used to identify possible hazards while filming as well as who it might affect.

The location scouting sheet is used to scout for suitable filming locations that would be convenient for the cast to film at, the sheet also contains contact information and the name of the location. I am going to film in the Winter Gardens because of the unique plants and dinosaur statues that match the subject of the documentary, if I am unable to film there, I have also scouted Barnes park as a substitute as it has wide open spaces which would be beneficial for filming. I want to film in these location as it will allow me to capture an establishing shot of my surroundings

Script I believe that this is the best format for my documentary as my subjects are presented factually and in a way that my audience will understand. I have outlined where I am going to use images and transitions so that I know what to film when it comes to production.
