Long jump

Long jump is a athleticism that proof of present is to tour the maximum distance in the horizontal plane from a jump after a race. To do so, ending in a off board indicating the limit point to the momentum. The fall occurs on a sand pit. The indicator is a bar that is placed before the sand and from it you must jump. Rules. The competitor starts the leap with any part of the foot past the foul line, the jump is declared a foul and no distance is recorded. The competitor can initiate the jump from any point behind the line. Each competitor has a set number of attempts. That would normally be three trials.

Records. In the men's long jump world record is of Mike Powell with 8.95 m. In the women's long jump world record is of Galina Chistyakova with 7.52 m.
