Inner voice is an ability to silently use language. Scientists believe that language is a
tool to help us navigate the world and our ability to use language is not only to
communicate with other, it also to communicate with ourselves. Inner voice is part of
what we call our "Verbal Working Memory System’, it's a basic features of the human
mind that help us keep verbal information active in our head.
The danger when we can't control our inner voice:
1.1t makes incredibly hard for us to focus and it lack our focus.
