A female Patient, age 22 years, came to dental OPD with the complain,” That my teeth are irregular, upper teeth are displaced and croweded On extraoral examination he had a Straight profile with Normal vertical facial proportions and a symmetric facia appearance . Intraoral examinations showed incisor relationship class I , molars relation are class I On both sides and Canine relationship Out of arch or blocked out O verjet mm , overbite (30%) , midline normal , - 7mm crowding in upper arch and -5mm crowding in lower arch. Cephalometric analysis revealed skeletal class One relation with normal posterior facial height and Ectopic canines bilaterally Case Summary
