Introduction Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), or the Council of Trust for the People, an agency under the purview of the Ministry of Rural Development, was established on 1 March 1966 as a statutory body by an Act of Parliament as a result of the first Bumiputera Economic Congress resolution in 1965. The Council is responsible for developing, encouraging, facilitating and fostering the economic and social development in the federation, particularly in rural areas .

ADAPT ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY ENTREPRENEUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurship Program in the middle and major classes (top entrepreneur) especially in technology for asset holdings and citizens equity in upgrading.

STAR START UP ACCELERATOR PROGRAM A mentoring program through the development of incubators where facilities such as infrastructure, financial funds and consultation will be provided in line with the needs of entrepreneurs in the current development

CONCLUSION What we get from this task is that there are various agencies and programs in Malaysia that help young entrepreneurs as well as old people to do business. the efforts of this agency provide a lot of help to business development and entrepreneurship. Today's entrepreneurs should take advantage of the opportunities and opportunities provided by these agencies. These offers are encouraged for new entrepreneurs who want to start a business because with the help of such new entrepreneurs do not give up in business.
