2. Introduction ICA will be an application that will possess the feature of “Whiteboard drawing utility .” It will be a freeware application . The application utilizes the Client-Server architecture for inter process communication. The   client connects to the sockets available on the server, to make a request for information.

3. Problem Statement Through current chatting technologies we are only able to send only text Based messages to people and few tiny images. Organizations these days have implemented brutal policies of Internet Filtering which often leaves people to use organization approved chat services .

4. Objectives To develop an application for chatting purpose with the remote clients on internet or local networks.

5. Expected Output The application will enable the user to exchange information as well as converse with each other. This application will be a boon to the technical people when the need for sending images it will be solved through WHITE BOARD utility OF “ ICA”. ICA will be fully automatic to the clients and will satisfies the clients request.
