Practice Bill 20xxto substitute
the current VSA 1974 [Act 147]

e)Systematically and effectively handled the illegal PVM(dedicated enf. team).
f)Enable PVMto cover a wider scope with clearer interpretations.
g)Enable all VHFSin compliance with CoA and License for quality vet service.
h)Enable non-vets to participatein VHFS (not > 50 %in equity ownership).

m)Enable public or private VHFS providers, institutions and other in vet industry to
engage qualified foreign VSs, vet specialists and VPPs through issuing of TPC .

and supervision of VPPs .
o)Enable VSBsto take proper and deterrent actionsagainst RVSs and VPPson
disciplinary matters.
