STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP Krishna teaches Pandavas to make strategies. Krishna strategically headed Pandavas’ divisions of the army in such a way that they fight against the Kauravas’ army to win. But displaying complete lack of vision and acumen, Kauravas selected Krishna’s army, and hence lost the war. A good manager is one who has an eye for talent. Since Dronacharya was very intelligent, he sensed the trick and therefore decided to ask Yudhishthir because Yudhishthir was the most righteous among all the Pandavas who was determined to not speak a lie ever in his life.
