4. Enterprise Let’s consider the product Drawer . In order to drop ship the item we have to enable the route ‘Dropship’ under the Inventory tab of the Product page.

6. Enterprise I magine we have just received an order from a customer in order to dropship the item. We can go to the Sales module to create the quotation. Give the necessary details like customer information and select the product Drawer for the order. Then click on Confirm to make it a Sale Order.

7. Enterprise We can see the smart button Purchase on top with count 1 on top of the sale order. This means, to meet the requirements from the customer, Odoo is identifying the need for a purchase of the same product since we dropship it without keeping in the stock. So, click on that smart button and deal with the concerned purchase order.

8. Enterprise We can see that, the vendor field will be filled with the value from the vendor list of the product information. As we confirm the order, there will be an extra smart button Dropship for the purchase order like this.

10. Enterprise Just Validate the Dropship order and come back to the Purchase order again to bill the receipt. Click on Create Bill button on top and we will get the bill as:

11. Enterprise Confirm the Bill by giving the Bill Date and register the payment as usual. Now, come back to our Sale Order. We see the two buttons Dropship and Purchase on top. Then click on ‘Create Invoice’ for the invoice creation of the order and complete it with the usual steps.
