problems can be avoided with clear and
regular communications. Put everything in
writing!
•Good project manager always has good
documentation practice; E.g. sketching of
ideas, pictures, drawing, minute of meetings,
procurement record, talents record, assets
management etc.
•Report must be accurate and any details
must be recorded.

14. •Grant funders have grant reporting guidelines –FRGS/PRGS –
Mygrants!
•Regularly update the Mygrantssystem with details. Meticulous!
•Backup with own file management system similar to Mygrants
system (in case of technical problem) –hard drive/cloud storage.

•Need regular communications withgrant manager / officers
•Alwaysfollowtimelinesetupbyour RMC
•Grantmanagement can be extremely tedious at times,
involving lots of repetition to make sure things are managed
properly. The workload can also be very cyclical, with
periods that are extremely slow and others that are
extremely busy.
