This slide will show how to manage rental requests through Odoo 17 CRM.

3. Enterprise Configure Rental Products First install the Rental module and CRM module from the apps. .Open the Products menu from the Rental application. There we can see all the rental products already created. Create a new one as per our need.

5. Enterprise When creating a new rental product, we must need to check the option Can be Rented.

6. Enterprise Generate Opportunity from Website for Rental Request We can create a rental request from the website contact or enquiry form. For that, first open the website and create a new form using website editor for creating the opportunity. Fill and submit the form. By customizing the form we can add new fields to capture necessary information for the rental request.

8. Enterprise Manage Rental Request using CRM Module The opportunity generated through the website can be managed from the crm module. First open the CRM pipeline, then we can see the generated opportunity there.

10. Enterprise Open the created opportunity, then we can see the option to create a rental request.

11. Enterprise When clicking the button New Rental , will goto the rental request form. Using the button Add a product, add a rental product and then confirm the order. After confirming the order we can create the invoice for the rental fees and also can collect the payment.
