COMPLETE PROCESS OF RAW MATERIAL AT ENTRY TO STORE ………. Entry of raw materials at gate Report of raw materials is fetched by QC Department Entry of raw materials is done at store Dust is removed from raw Material Now, Raw materials is put in quarantine area Then store person come and Collect sample, submit to QC QC take the sample and test it If the raw material is ok then kept under storage room and then it is dispatched
RO Plant ………. The raw water supplied from G.I.D.C. Is having about 350 TDS, equivalent to potable water grade. This water is passed through the fast pass reverse osmosis system having filter membranes. This filtered water is used in the manufacturing process having the specification of less than 100 TDS. The inlet and outlet water quality is daily monitored. Sand Filter :- It remove out the maximum sand particle from the liquid. Carbon Filter :- It filter out all the sand from the water and also changes the taste. Cartilage Filter :- It is use to remove the small sand particle left over in liquid. Membrane pipe :- It is used to remove the salt and pollutants. UV Filter :- It is a type of filter used to kill the bacteria contained in the water. Membrane Pipe is clean by citric Acid and Sodium bicarbonate is injected and heated at and circulated around the RO plant After all the stages the processed water is stored in the storage tank.

These are the important mounting of boiler : level indicator -Used to indicate water and steam level in the boiler. Pressure gauge - Used to measure the pressure inside the boiler. Feed pump -Used to feed water in the boiler when the water lev Man hole -It is a hole in boiler to clean it or for inspection purpose. Safety valve - It is used to remove excess steam from the boiler were the pressure inside the boiler increases.
Pipe Colour Coding ………. It is very difficult to identify a pipe out hundred pipe in industry that's why color coding is used to identify the material passing through the pipe. Indian standard covers the color scheme for the identification of the contents of pipelines(IS 2379). There are Three band for colour coding of pipe : 1. Ground colour - cover entire pipe. 2. First colour band - The total length of band is 50mm long. 3. Second colour band - T he total length of band is 6 mm long.

I also learned how chemical reactions take place in a reactor, Boiler, different labs.
