1. Maharashtra Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme Supported by Department of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Directorate of Vocational Education and Training, Maharashtra State, Mumbai Welcome to Webinar on Presented by: Dr. Anil Jadhao Date: 27 th December 2024

2. Objective In order to increase the recruitment of apprentice candidates under the Apprenticeship Training Scheme in Government, Semi-Government and Private Establishments, "Maharashtra Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme" is implemented across the state w.e.f. 3 rd June 2021 उदेश्य शासकीय , निमशासकीय आणि खाजगी आस्थापनेमध्ये शिकाऊ उमेदवारांच्या प्रशिक्षण योजनेंतर्गत भरती वाढवण्यासाठी, “महाराष्ट्र अप्रेंटिसशिप प्रोत्साहन योजना” राज्यभर ३ जून २०२१ पासून राबवण्यात येत आहे.

3. About the Scheme Under this scheme, 75% of the training fee or a maximum of Rs. 5000 will be given by the government to the trainees undergoing training. Students with NAPs benefits will get Rs.3500/-, where as Non- NAPs students will get Rs.5000/-. Tution fees amount will be disbursed to all beneficiaries directly through bank account.

6. Eligibility Student should have completed his apprenticeship in Designated and Optional Trades. Student should be Domicile of Maharashtra Student apprenticeship contract should be generation on NAPs portal. Student must have his Bank account linked with Aadhar पात्रता विद्यार्थ्याने शिकाऊ उमेदवारीचे प्रशिक्षण ( DESIGNATED/OPTIONAL) पूर्ण केलेले असावे. विद्यार्थी महाराष्ट्राचा अधिवासी असावा. विद्यार्थ्याचा प्रशिक्षणार्थी करार NAPs पोर्टवरून निर्माण झालेला असावा. विद्यार्थ्याचे बँक खाते आधार सोबत जोडलेले आवश्यक आहे.

8. Registration Process Steps for candidate registration Click on Register button on Homepage. Fill Out the Registration Form Personal Details Contact Information Education Background Login information i.e. Username and Password details. Review all entered information for accuracy and click on SUBMIT button to submit the form After the submission , the user will receive a confirmation email with an account activation link. Click on the “ Activate Account ” link in the email to activate the registration

10. Eligibility Establishment should be registered on NAPs portal. Operating Plant of the establishment should be in Maharashtra. Establishment should have Apprenticeship Contract generated signed with the student. पात्रता NAPs पोर्टलवर आस्थापना नोंधणीकृत असावी. आस्थापनेचा ओपरेटिंग प्लांट महाराष्ट्रात असावा. आस्थापनेने विद्यार्थीसोबत तयार केलेला शिकाऊ करत असावा.

Documents required to be verified by establishments Copy of contract generated from the NAPs portal Copy of Domicile proof ( Domicile Certificate/ Birth certificate/ School leaving) Copy of Bank account statement (proof of stipend payment Paid) आस्थापनांकडून पडताळणी करण्याचे आवश्यक कागदपत्र NAPs पोर्टलवरून तयार केलेल्या कराराची प्रत महाराष्ट्रातील रहवासाचा पुरावा ( अधिवासी प्रमाणपत्र / जन्माचा दाखला / शाळा सोडण्या चा दाखला ) बँक खाते विवरणपत्राची प्रत ( स्टायपेंड पेमेंटचा पुरावा)

Profile updating Process Steps for Update Establishment Profile Click on Login button on Homepage Update establishment details Establishment registration details Contact Information RO and BTRIC details Review all entered information for accuracy and click on UPDATE button to submit the form. After updating data, statistical Dashboard with the claim details like No. of claims received, processed, approved and pending will be displayed

13. Apprentices claim approval Process Steps for claim approval process. Login to establishment account on MAPs portal The list of the MAPs claims with the students and claim details will be displayed on the dashboard Open the claim submitted by the apprentice Verify the details submitted by the apprentices like contract no, apprenticeship period, stipend details, domicile certificate and Bank details. If all the data is appropriate, write approval comment and approve the claim. In a case of any mismatch information or wrong information, claim will be rejected or send for rectification and it will be reflected on status of the claim Steps for claim approval process. MAPs पोर्टल वर आस्थापनाच्या अधिकृत खात्यात लोगिन करा. विद्यार्थ्यांचा दाव्यांची यादी आणि दाव्याचे तपशील डॅशबोर्डवर प्रदर्शित केले जातील उमेदवारांनी सादर केलेल्या दावाच्या क्रमांकाने दाव्याची माहिती उघडा प्रशिक्षांर्थानी सादर केलेल्या तपशील जसे की करार क्रमांक, प्रशिक्षण कालावधी, अधिवासी पुरावा आणि बँकखात्यात आलेल्या स्टायपेंडची रक्कम इ. ची पडताळणी करा. सादर केलेली सर्व माहिती योग्य असल्यास, योग्य ते टिप्पणी लिहा, आणि दावा मंजूर करा. कोणतीही माहिती जुळत नसल्यास किंवा चुकीची माहिती भरल्याच्या बाबतीत, सदर दावा योग्य ते टिप्पणी लिहून दुरूस्तीसाठी परत पाठवला जाईल किंवा नाकारला जाईल आणि त्या दाव्यांची माहिती दाव्यांच्या status मध्ये दिसेल.

15. Portal Log-in Steps for Login Click on Login button on Homepage. Login in through given USER ID (Email) and Password given by DVET HO. After Login, statistical Dashboard with the claim details like No. of claims received, processed, approved and pending will be displayed

16. Claim Approval Process Steps for claim approval process. Login to RO account The list of the MAPs claims with the students and claim details , and current status will be displayed on the dashboard. Open the claim that are approved by the establishment. Verify the details submitted by the apprentices like contract no, apprenticeship period, stipend details, domicile certificate and Bank details. Once details will be verified, Select appropriate option from Action Tab Write required comments in the comment tab.
