Packaging must be such that a customer is impressed at the very moment he or she sees the product. 

Utility or Importance of Marketing Mix It helps in understanding the important tasks of marketing. It is an important tool of marketing programme. It promotes better utilisation of limited resources. It facilitates meeting the requirements of different types of customers. It provides customer satisfaction It helps in goal achievement It helps establish relationship with customers It helps develop new products It creates the competitive strength
